PRODUCTS AND TREATMENTS
You understand that all products provided by Aphrodite's Secret haven been discussed and agreed upon by you and your skin consultant prior to use.
You expressly acknowledge that, if you have had a consultation prior to making any purchase on our website, your skin consultant has explained every skincare product including its purpose, how and when to apply, and how it will work.
You understand that it may take up to at least three (3) months to see major results and You agree to use the products for at least three (3) months or otherwise instructed by Your skin care consultant before implying that the products are ineffective for You and/or Your conditions. You understand that if you do not use the products as instructed, you will be solely liable for, and assume all responsibility for the results and waive any and all claims you may have against, and release from all liability Aphrodite's Secret, its owners, employees, agents and representatives.
You understand that lifestyle choices such as age, condition of skin, sun damage, smoking, climate, etc. could have an effect on how well the products work and that if you make any of the listed choices, there is no guarantee in results.
You understand that there may be some degree of discomforts such as mild stinging, pin-prickling sensation, heat or tightness while using some products especially products containing acid. Please note that this is an unlikely possibility, as our methods are safe and we provide the utmost caution and care with every procedure.
You understand that Aphrodite's Secret does not offer consultation or results for any product purchased through a different company. Aphrodite's Secret advises against sharing products, as everyone's skin is different and may react differently to products not intended for that person. You understand that you'll be solely liable for your use of any of our products with any products not offered by Aphrodite's Secret. Your use of a third party product is solely at your own risk and Aphrodite's Secret shall not be liable to you for anything that arises in connection with such unauthorized use.
You understand that extended direct sun exposure is prohibited while using some products or doing some treatments and that the daily use of sunscreen protection with a minimum SPF of 30 is mandatory.
APPOINTMENTS GENERAL
Aphrodite's Secret asks that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment. You understand in making an appointment with Aphrodite's Secret, a card will be held on file. Appointment cancellation with less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge for the no-show amount that is disclosed upon booking an appointment.
CONSULTANT APPOINTMENTS
You clearly understand that your skin consultant will schedule phone appointments with you to follow up on your skin condition, products you may be using, or to discuss a new plan and that these appointments are scheduled because your consultant finds them necessary for your skincare plan. You also understand that your skin consultant may follow up with you at unscheduled times, but only at the consultant's discretion. Your skincare consultant and you will discuss appointment times in advance so that you are aware and prepared for it. If your skin consultant contacts you and you fail to answer or reply, you will be solely responsible for missing important information therefore potentially affecting your skin progress. You understand that there are no refunds for consultations. It is your responsibility to have any questions you may have ready before the appointment, as to ensure every client receives adequate time, each appointment will be strictly set to not exceed the length of its scheduled time-frame.
PRIOR TREATMENT
It has been explained to you that any prior or current steroids or medications you’re prescribed or using for your skin can have any of the following results if mixed with certain products: injury to skin, worsening in condition, ineffectiveness of products. You have informed your skin consultant of anything that could be considered a steroid or medication, as well as your genetic history.
USE OF THE SITE & PROHIBITIONS
The Site allows you to shop online. However, you are prohibited to do the following acts, to wit: (a) use our sites, including its services and or tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools (b) posting of an items in inappropriate category or areas on our sites and services; (c) collecting information about users’ personal information; (d) maneuvering the price of any item or interfere with other users' listings; (f) post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content; (g) take any action that may damage the rating system.
For you to complete the sign-up process in our site, you must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. You must qualify that you are 18 years or older and must be responsible for keeping your password secure and be responsible for all activities and contents that are uploaded under your account. ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT
Aphrodite’s Secret may request payment to uses its products and services. To complete an online purchase, you’ll be required to create an account with us. You warrant that all information provided by you is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, including those provided to your consultant.
You understand that you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials in the safest manner possible. You are responsible for all authorized and unauthorized access to your account. Should you suspect an authorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
Payments: To complete a purchase or use our consultancy service, you’ll be required to select a medium through which the payment shall be completed. You may use PayPal, credit cards, Apple pay or such other mediums as made available on our website. Aphrodite’s Secret shall not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Aphrodite’s Secret and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
RETURN REFUND
Reservation Fees will not be refunded if client as given company less than 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation.
In the event, you may need to return any product you must contact one of our customer service using the contact button on the website. After we receive your request and at our discretion, decide that you’re eligible for a refund, we will issue your return refund request details. You must make your return request within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be sent to Aphrodite’s Secret address with a package containing your name, contact number and your refund request details. Returned items must be in good condition and unused. Any returned items deemed not in good condition and used will be returned to sender and denied a refund or return. Items that have been returned for a refund to your original form of payment will be refunded (a "Return Refund") at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, the return shipping charges (if any) and will be deducted from your refund.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
HONESTY POLICY
You have been completely honest with your skin consultant and have answered all of the questions to the best of your ability and shared all information that you think may or may not be important so that the skin consultant can create the safest and most effective treatment plan for you. You clearly understand that Aphrodite’s Secret can only truly help you if you have been completely honest with them. You agree and take full responsibility for any injury you may have as a result of dishonesty, and hereby waive any and all claims you may have against, and release from all liability: Aphrodite's Secret, its owners, employees, agents and representatives.
NO WARRANTY
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of products and services is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the products and services are provided "As is," and "As Available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind, and licensor (Aphrodite's Secret), hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the licensed products and any services, either express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, of satisfactory quality, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, of enjoyment, and of non-infringement of third-party rights. No oral or written information or advice given by licensor or its authorized representative shall create a warranty, should the licensed application or services provide defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.
