If you are interested in returning items or services that you have purchased, please notify your specialist immediately so we can begin working on your case.
If you do not wish to notify your specialist, you may contact Aphrodite’s Secret directly. Please provide your name, order number, phone number, email, products you wish to return, reason for return.

RETURN POLICY
Each return will consist of investigating and reviewing the case with specialist and Aphrodite’s Secret Headquarters before it is approved.
Returns
-Products must be returned within 30 days of original purchase to the address below:

-Shipping will not be refunded.
-There is only a guaranteed refund for products that are damaged upon arrival.
-Returning the products does not guarantee a refund for the products or services. You may receive a partial refund or full refund depending on the situation.

REFUNDS
Products:
Once you request a refund, your case will be reviewed and many different factors will be investigated before we determine if you are eligible for a refund on your products. This may take 1-5 business days before we are able to provide you with an answer on your refund eligibility.

Permanent Makeup Services: If you choose us as your artist, you can be reassured that we will do everything we can to make you happy with your service. Our appointments are very thorough, and we take our time to go through all of the necessary information before you proceed with a service. We take our clients' feedback very seriously, and make adjustments as requested throughout the appointments. Because of this, refunds are unavailable. If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out and we will do our best to solve your problem.


Clearance/Sale Items:
There is absolutely no refund on clearance and some sale items unless the items arrived damaged.
Damaged/Defective Products:
Damaged and defective products will only be refunded or replaced if the products was damaged or defective at time of arrival in this case you will need to contact your skin specialist within 48 hours of product arrival. Any damage that is done to the product after it is received by customer will not be replaced or refunded.
