Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before its scheduled time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be subject to a fee of 50% total service value. For example, if you booked for a $30 service, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee. In the cases of our free consultations, you will be charged a $60 inconvenience fee.  Please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
