This isn’t a lipstick tattoo. Lip blushing uses similar techniques, but with a softer and subtler end goal. As we age, color tends to recede away from the edge of the lip tissue, leaving behind thin and pale lips. Lip blushing adds color back to the lips to create fullness and definition.
